JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Manager with strong video editing skills to help grow the online presence of our aesthetics clinic.

Your main focus will be helping us grow and engage our audience across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn — with video-first content that builds trust, showcases results, and drives bookings.

You will be responsible for:

Editing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks, typically 10 sec to 1 min)

Posting and scheduling content across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn

Actively engaging with comments and DMs on those platforms to build relationships and increase reach

Growing the following through smart content strategy, organic engagement, SEO, Hashtags

Creating basic graphics using Canva when needed (for carousels, stories, covers etc.)

Bringing your own creative ideas and direction that align with our brand... we will provide examples and some inspiration, but you need to show initiative and propose ideas too

Requirements:

Strong video editing skills (essential) — confident creating engaging short-form video for Reels/TikTok

Experience managing Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts for growth

Experience with Canva for simple graphics

Excellent written English

Self-motivated and proactive, you should be able to take initiative and bring new ideas, not just wait for instructions

Strong understanding of current trends in the beauty/aesthetics niche is a plus

Comfortable with regular feedback and iteration to align with our brand style
