**Job Opportunity: Remote Sales & Customer Support Specialist for a Growing House Cleaning Business**
Are you a motivated, self-driven, professional with excellent **English** skills and a passion for sales and customer support? Join our team and help expand our thriving house cleaning business! This role is perfect for individuals with extensive virtual assistant, sales, and customer support experience—even if you’re new to the house cleaning industry. We provide full training!
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement:** Spend 60% of your day on the phone, connecting with new customers, leads, and cleaners.
- **Booking & Quoting:** Book new customers and provide quotes for potential leads.
- **Dispatch & Support:** Manage dispatch, offer ongoing support to cleaners, and resolve customer disputes.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve both cleaner and customer issues.
- **Operation:** Assist with hiring qualified cleaners to join our team and make sure the business is running smoothly! Provide coaching, feedback and support to our cleaning staff.
**Qualifications**
- **Excellent English Communication:** Must be very confident and friendly on the phone.
- **Experience:**
- **Remote Experience:** 1+ years of professional experience.
- **Sales:** 1+ years of sales experience.
- **Customer Support:** 1+ years of experience providing top-notch customer support.

Explain why you would be a good fit. We are looking for a real go getter attitude, not having to be told what to do.
- **Remote Work Setup:**
- A dedicated at-home computer setup laptop or desktop. (mac or windows)
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, ping less than 50ms).
- Computer mouse.
- High Quality microphone headset or AirPods.

- **Shift Type:** Full time 40-50 hours a week
- **Business Hours:** Core Business hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm. We are looking for someone to train within these hours but that is flexible on their final shift. We would like to expand into weekend operations slowly in the next few months.
- **Weekends**: Weekend availability is ideal, since we are looking for someone to possibly work a day or half day on weekends.
- **Time Zone:** Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- **Location** - REMOTE!
- **Training Provided:** No house cleaning experience? No problem! We will teach you everything you need to know. Just let us know in the application why you stand out.
- **Vacation** & **PTO**: Included
- **Philippines**: 13th month pay included.
