Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications on AWS infrastructure.
Work across the stack with React, Next.js, Nest.js, and Node.js to build scalable, maintainable features.
Adopt and help refine our AI-augmented and agentic development practices to raise both speed and quality.
Collaborate with product, design, and fellow engineers to ship high-quality solutions.
Own development cycles end to end—concept, testing, documentation, and performance optimization.
Build and maintain robust, well-tested APIs and backend services.
Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers as needed.
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Active AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or any foundational-level certification at minimum); you'll be expected to pursue Associate or Professional-level certs after joining.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, EC2) in production.
Expertise with React, Next.js, Nest.js, and Node.js in production.
Proficiency with REST APIs, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and async programming.
Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab).
Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Availability to work full-time during US business hours.
Strongly Preferred
Experience using Claude or similar AI tools in real development work—and an eagerness to go deeper into agentic, spec-driven workflows.
AWS Associate or Professional-level certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
Experience with serverless architectures and performance-focused applications.
