We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in off-market wholesale deals. We currently have three cold callers and a lead manager delivering qualified, warm seller leads daily. You will be the key closer responsible for taking those leads, running accurate property comps, determining the Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO), negotiating, and closing deals over the phone. This role demands previous hands-on experience as a Virtual Acquisitions Manager in U.S. wholesaling. No exceptions. If you cannot demonstrate your comping skills and track record of contract closings, do not apply.
Your responsibilities will include handling only warm inbound leads—no cold calling. Running precise, detailed comps using Zillow, Propstream, and other tools. Accurately calculating ARV, repair costs, and MAO for every deal. Negotiating and closing contracts remotely with confidence and professionalism. Entering and updating detailed notes and offers in the CRM daily. Following up aggressively to push deals across the finish line.
We expect direct experience closing contracts as a Virtual Acquisitions Manager in U.S. wholesaling, exceptional skill running comps and determining MAO with precision, ability to clearly explain your comping process and offer logic, fluent English with a neutral or American accent, availability full-time during U.S. business hours (40+ hours per week), self-motivation, high accountability, and results-driven attitude. No tolerance for laziness or excuses — this is a high performance-only role.
Compensation is commission-based at 10 to 15 percent of the net assignment fee. Typical earnings range from $3,000 to $8,000 or more per month, with potential for higher on larger deals. Bonuses are available for consistent high performance. There is no salary cap — your income reflects your skill and effort.
