JOB OVERVIEW

EXPERIENCED GRAPHIC SPECIALISTS WITH YOUTUBE ALGORITHM EXPERIENCE ONLY!

I am looking for a YouTube thumbnail specialist. We already have in-house video editors so we will provide the video info etc and need someone to specialise in creating eye-catching thumbnails. The youtube channel is bigchunkks so feel free to look at my previous videos or refer to channels like Ryan Trahan and Yes Theory for inspiration/references on the style of graphics I am looking for.

The requirement is to produce 2-3 quality thumbnails per video in varying styles for us to ultimately choose from. The frequency of this requirement is roughly every 2-4 weeks and the . The payment will be done on a per video basis. Bonuses to the rate will depend on the quality of thumbnail.

Working hours are not fixed as long as the quality of deliverables are adhered to.

The ideal candidate is someone who can:
- Operate proficiently on design software such as Photoshop
- Design an engaging and eye-catching thumbnail that greatly raises the video's click-through rate (CTR)
- Create a graphic that complements the video title and tone
- Reflect the branding of the channel through the thumbnails
- Communicate a BIG idea or promise of what viewer will get if they click while avoiding too much text on thumbnail
- Utilise their knowledge of the YouTube algorithm to develop their design and concept
- (BONUS) Leverage on AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar to generate/refine graphics to complement primary software
