JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a video editor that can create videos using custom B-Roll with AI. I will provide the narration and transcript, you'd just need to create and put it together with all custom ai B-ROLL.
NO STOCK FOOTAGE.

Are you familiar with creating AI videos like that? I would be wanting something similar to this video as the final product.

This would be for a brand new YouTube channel. I am looking to pay $2-$3 per hour at 30-40 hours a week. This is currently a short term project (1-3 months) since the YouTube channel is not monetized yet, but if the channel is able to gain views, then it would be a full time job with bonuses.
