About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join us as our Ecommerce Listing Manager. This is a long-term role that involves maintaining and optimising our product listings across multiple online sales channels, supporting smooth and professional customer experiences, and ensuring the accuracy and appeal of all listings.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and optimise product listings on our WooCommerce site and marketplaces like Google Shopping, Meta
Ensure listings are accurate, visually appealing, and complete with detailed descriptions and images.
Coordinate with the team to add new products, update stock levels, and adjust pricing.
Assist in syncing and connecting product listings across channels for consistency and visibility.
Use tools like Canva and Photoshop to create polished listing images and promotional graphics.
Perform competitor and trend research to refine listing strategies and product presentation.
Monitor product performance and recommend listing or pricing updates to improve sales.
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure promotions and campaigns are reflected in listings.
Manage warranty submissions and product issue resolutions as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is meticulous with details and has a strong sense of ownership.
Experience in ecommerce platforms, especially WooCommerce, Google Shopping, and eBay.
Willingness to learn about our product range and customer base—deep understanding matters.
A genuine interest in the outdoors/hunting space is a plus, but respect for our niche is essential.
Strong written English skills—clear, professional, and engaging product copy is critical.
Confidence with basic design tools like Canva and (ideally) some Photoshop skills.
Ability to self-manage using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and WhatsApp.

Wage & Hours
Starting at AUD $8/hour.
