Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
This role focuses on improving booking flow, fixing configuration issues, ensuring accurate scheduling setup, and enhancing user experience to increase confirmed bookings.
We are looking for someone who understands service-based booking systems and can ensure our SimplyBook setup is fully optimized and functioning correctly.
1) Key Responsibilities
Review and audit current
Optimize service categories (Kids 4–12 / Adults 18–45)
Configure staff schedules and availability correctly
Fix booking flow issues and prevent double bookings
Ensure payment settings and deposits are properly configured
Improve booking page layout and customer experience
Set up automated reminders and notifications
Test full booking process end-to-end
Provide documentation of changes made
2) Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with
Experience configuring appointment-based service businesses
Strong understanding of booking logic and scheduling systems
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Familiarity with payment integrations
Detail-oriented and systematic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with swim schools, fitness, or education businesses
Knowledge of CRM integration
Experience improving booking conversion rates
3) Project Scope
