We’re looking for a Level 1 Support / Junior Developer who’s passionate about solving technical problems, enhancing product functionality, and delivering great customer support. This role blends development and helpdesk responsibilities, ideal for someone who’s hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to work across web and mobile platforms.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier customer support through helpdesk operations and direct communication.

Diagnose and troubleshoot code and product issues across web and mobile.

Contribute to quality assurance and testing processes.

Manage GitHub tasks, code updates, and version control.

Use technical tools like JavaScript, C#, HTML, AJAX, and jQuery to support functionality and improve user experience.

???? Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.

Proficient in development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, GitHub, C#).

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Ability to ask the right questions, work independently, and show initiative.
