Project Overview:
We seek an experienced developer or development team to create a fully integrated Virtual Assistant (VA) Tracking and Performance Monitoring System. This system is intended to enhance accountability, productivity, and ROI tracking for multiple Virtual Assistants (VAs) within a construction and roofing business environment.
Project Goals:
Implement real-time tracking of tasks, outputs, and ROI per VA.
Facilitate detailed auditing, job tracking, and performance analytics.
Integrate seamlessly with existing tools (e.g., RingCentral, DeskTime, ActivTrak, Google Sheets, Roofle API).
Provide robust backend analytics and user-friendly frontend interfaces for administrators and VAs.
Scope of Work:
1. System Architecture and Integration:
Develop a backend to manage data integration from DeskTime, ActivTrak, and RingCentral APIs.
Implement structured data exchange with Google Sheets for real-time data synchronization.
Integrate the Roofle API for detailed ROI analytics and insights.
2. User Interface (UI/UX):
Admin Dashboard: Display comprehensive analytics (ROI, task completion times, logged hours).
VA Interface: Simplified dashboards displaying daily tasks, logs, performance feedback, and incentives.
3. Performance and ROI Tracking:
Real-time tracking of VA tasks, output, and ROI generation per VA.
Develop algorithms to calculate ROI, considering labor costs ($3/hr per VA), time spent, and generated revenue.
Generate detailed performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
4. Compliance and Security:
Ensure full compliance with Do Not Call (DNC) regulations and data privacy standards.
Implement robust security measures including encrypted data storage and transmission.
Stealth tracking and logging mechanisms for audit purposes.
5. Automation and Notifications:
Automated notifications and alerts via RingCentral integration for task assignments, completions, and performance anomalies.
CRM JSON/webhook integrations to ensure seamless updates across all systems.
6. Documentation and Training:
Provide comprehensive documentation and training manuals for administrators and VAs.
Include troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in developing complex tracking and analytics systems.
Expertise with APIs (DeskTime, ActivTrak, Google Sheets, Roofle, RingCentral).
Proficiency in frontend and backend development (Vue.js, Node.js, PHP, SQL).
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Demonstrable experience with compliance, security, and stealth monitoring.
Deliverables:
Fully functional VA tracking and monitoring system (frontend and backend).
Integrated dashboards for administrators and VAs.
Complete documentation, implementation guide, and training materials.
Source code and detailed comments for future updates and scalability.
Timeline:
