We’re Hiring: Go High Level CRM Expert + Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, $12–$13/hr)
If you don’t already know how to use Go High Level and Zapier—this is not the job for you.
We’re looking for someone who can step into our CRM, organize the chaos, build powerful automations, and make our business run smoother than ever. This is NOT entry-level. This is high-level for real.

Now we’re looking for a Go High Level rockstar to join our team full-time and run the tech side of our backend like a boss.
Your Role:
You’ll be our in-house GHL expert and VA. That means you’ll:
Build & manage funnels (landing pages, thank-you pages, opt-ins)
Create smart, efficient automations & workflows
Set up and manage calendars, appointment reminders, and follow-ups
Organize our CRM: tagging, segmenting, triggers, pipelines
Run
Connect systems using Zapier (must know this already—no exceptions)
Manage integrations with Shopify and Stripe
Build clean, simple reporting dashboards
Be the go-to tech brain behind the systems that make our business scale
You MUST Have:
2+ years using Go High Level (GHL) daily
Expert-level skills in Zapier (you should be able to build multi-step zaps without help)
Experience integrating Stripe and Shopify
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability to work 40 hours a week (full-time, no side clients)
At least 4 hours overlap with PST timezone (California)
Bonus Points If You Know:
Trainerize (or other coaching/workout apps)
Klaviyo, Slack, or other business tools
Funnel strategy,
Canva or basic design tools

Pay: $12–$13/hour USD
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Bonuses for performance & long-term growth
