JOB OVERVIEW

Position Description

We are seeking a full-time or part-time freelance contractor to work with one of our clients as a Website Producer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing web content and workflows using HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hubs, with a focus on improving user experience, lead generation, and conversion rates. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute strategic updates, troubleshoot issues, and support campaign deployment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in HTML/CSS, and deeply experienced in HubSpot CMS and digital marketing best practices.

About the work
Build and manage web pages, landing pages, forms, and workflows using HubSpot CMS
Implement regular website content updates and new sections aligned with brand and campaign goals
Support conversion rate optimization by contributing to layout improvements and A/B testing
Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot workflow issues and CMS bugs
Collaborate with internal teams to launch strategic marketing initiatives
Create multi-language content variants, optimize blog posts and press releases
Use existing templates/modules to build landing pages or new content sections
Support light integrations and user journeys across marketing automations

Boxes to check
3+ years of experience as a Website Producer, Webmaster, or similar digital production role
Proven expertise with HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub (building/modifying pages, forms, templates, workflows)
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Experience with conversion rate optimization and implementing A/B tests
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design consistency and user experience
Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, or similar
Bonus: HubSpot certifications (CMS, Inbound Marketing)
Bonus: Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce or other platforms
Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time, depending on candidate capacity

About the role
Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-time position (20 hours per week) at $16/hr
Night shifts (PST HOURS) with fixed weekends off
