JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking an experienced AI Agent & Automation Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building, optimizing, and deploying AI-powered automation systems that solve real business problems.

## Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows
- Integrate various AI tools and services into cohesive systems
- Build voice/chat agents and task automation systems
- Optimize existing workflows for efficiency and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AI implementations
- Document processes and maintain technical specifications

## Required Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated experience in at least one major area of AI (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, RAG systems, etc.)
- Proficiency with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Experience with developer tools like GitHub, Cursor, Warp, or similar
- Basic coding/scripting ability (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with proven ability to manage multiple projects

## Technical Requirements
- Experience integrating AI services with business applications
- Familiarity with API integrations and webhook implementations
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization
- Knowledge of modern AI tools and platforms
- Experience with version control and collaborative development
