We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and help manage daily operations for our private-label Amazon business.

This role requires a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive VA who can work independently and take ownership of multiple Amazon-related tasks. PPC experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to buyer messages professionally and promptly
Monitor and respond to Q&A, reviews, and feedback
Listing Optimization
Update and manage listing content (titles, bullets, A+ content)
Coordinate with graphic/video editors to update images and product videos
Inventory & Supplier Management
Monitor FBA and FBM inventory levels
Create replenishment plans and coordinate with suppliers
Track purchase orders and shipment timelines
Administrative Tasks
Maintain SOPs and internal documentation
Assist with data entry and basic accounting/reporting
Seller Support Communication
Create and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support
Follow up on unresolved issues and escalate when needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Amazon VA (Private Label preferred)
Excellent written English communication
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Google Sheets
Highly organized and self-motivated
