Job Responsibilities:
• Take customer orders through phone, social media, and website
• Assist customers with design questions, mockups, and layout guidance
• Create custom graphic design layouts for customers
• Prepare print-ready files for the print shop
• Update and manage company websites as needed
• Create and manage social media content and schedules across multiple brands
• Support day-to-day business operations and executive tasks
• Coordinate schedules, organize files, and contribute to team efficiency
• Collaborate on marketing and special business projects

Requirements:
• Must speak and write strong English
• At least 2 years experience with social media management and graphic design
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks and company brands efficiently
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow with the business
