Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, Singapore time (GMT +8).

Cold Caller – Key Responsibilities at Utrust Immigration
- Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct effective consultations via calls and WhatsApp to qualify leads for PR and citizenship services and secure appointments.
- Achieve individual KPIs set by the company.
- Manage the team calendar efficiently by scheduling, updating, and confirming appointments.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients through clear, respectful, and helpful communication.
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality in all interactions.
- Maintain a professional tone and demeanor in all calls, chats, and sms
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of sales call experience.
- Preferably from a financial services call center background.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
