We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Website Sales Assistant to support our sales and operations team. This role combines client communication, proposal development, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project delivery and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Creation:
Prepare, format, and customize sales proposals tailored to client needs and project scopes. Ensure all materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
Meeting Support:
Join client and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting summaries and action items.
Project Hours Tracking:
Accurately log and monitor project hours across team members to support billing, reporting, and project planning.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with proposal tools, CRMs, or project tracking systems
Previous experience in customer support or sales coordination
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with WordPress and digital marketing is a plus
