Position: Remote - Account Manager (AM)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM US EST (GMT+8)
Salary Range: $700 - $1,200 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of direct work experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless, possess strong organizational skills, and have a reliable internet connection. As an Account Manager (AM), you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing client relationships for our company. This role involves managing a portfolio of client accounts, understanding their communication needs, and aligning our company´s solutions to meet those needs effectively. You will be responsible for account audits, developing responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), and leveraging your industry knowledge to identify opportunities for growth. This position requires a deep understanding of telecom services, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Development: Develop new client accounts and maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain productive long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our company´s solutions accordingly.
- Product Presentation: Present products, services, and migrations to clients in a way that addresses their needs and demonstrates value.
- RFP Development: Develop and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with detailed and compelling proposals.
- Market Analysis: Identify key trends and customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge and consultative skills to close sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Analysts, Wired Support, and Sales Leads to ensure comprehensive service delivery and account audits are performed on schedule.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for clients within our company, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- At least 2-5 years of experience in order processing, preferably with experience working with AT&T or Verizon.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and order processing software experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
- Availability to work night shift hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM US EST (GMT - 4/5)
- Ability to provide references and pass a background check.
