Position: Remote - Account Analyst
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM US EST (GMT+8)
Salary Range: $700 - $1,200 per month
Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Analyst to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of direct work experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless, possess strong organizational skills, and have a reliable internet connection. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by managing their accounts and processing orders efficiently and effectively. This client-facing position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of telecom services and tools. You will be responsible for conducting audits, providing solutions to client queries, and ensuring a seamless client experience from order initiation to closure. Cross-training with other roles within our company may be required to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Handle all new wireless orders for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Account Audits: Perform detailed audits of client accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Client Communication: Maintain continuous communication with our clients throughout the order process, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly.
- Wireless Audits: Conduct thorough audits of wireless accounts to optimize service and cost efficiency.
- Cross-Training: Collaborate with other roles within our company to ensure a comprehensive understanding and support across different functions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- At least 2-5 years of experience in order processing, preferably with experience working with AT&T or Verizon.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and order processing software experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
- Availability to work night shift hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM US EST (GMT - 4/5)
- Ability to provide references and pass a background check.
