Based in Utah, USA, we specialize in designing and installing whole-home automation and electronic systems, including audio/video, home theater, security, surveillance, control systems, lighting systems, motorized shades, and more.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custom Installation Design Team Virtual Assistant to support our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cleaning up architectural plans, assisting with administrative tasks related to the design process, and completing software and database-related tasks. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be willing to work the same hours as our Utah-based team (8 AM - 5 PM Utah, USA Time, US MDT/MST).

Primary Responsibilities
Review, clean up, and prepare architectural plans for use by the design team.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the design team’s processes, software, and databases.
Ensure accuracy and organization of design documents and project files.
Collaborate with remote tea ---------- mbers and company departments via Zoom and Slack.
Utilize design software to support the design team’s projects and documentation.
Manage and maintain relevant data and documentation using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.).

Required Qualifications
Experience and comfort reviewing and understanding architectural and construction plan drawings.
Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop, D-Tools, or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with tea ---------- mbers via digital communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Sheets.

Required Experience
A degree or equivalent experience in one or more of the following fields is required:
Automation System Design and/or Installation
Audio/Video System Design and/or Installation
Security System Design and/or Installation
Lighting System Design and/or Installation
Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
Construction Planning & Architecture
Visual Design
