We are a family-run Australian business in the hunting and outdoors industry. We retail hunting and outdoor gear, and we also produce video content and hunting-based series for streaming and social media platforms. We take pride in our work, our products, and the community we serve.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, trustworthy, and motivated individual to join us in a long-term role as a Virtual Assistant & Business Manager. You will support the day-to-day operations of our business, with responsibilities across marketing, product management, customer service, and content support.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Advertising
Use manual and AI-assisted tools to improve ad performance.
Help refine ad audiences and track results.
Suggest creative ideas and assist in campaign execution.
Manually manage Google Ads and keep Google Shopping listings accurate and live.
Connect and sync products with Meta
Social Media Management
Use AI and analytics tools to monitor and report on post performance.
Research competitors, trends, and high-performing products.
Learn to engage with customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
Schedule and manage regular content posting.
Understand our industry landscape and know who to collaborate with or avoid.
Email
Assist in creating and sending regular
Product Listings
Maintain and update listings on our WooCommerce site.
Add new products and keep listings active on Google, Meta, and eBay.
Customer Warranty Support
Manage warranty submissions to suppliers/manufacturers and follow up to ensure resolution.
Task & Team Management
Use ClickUp for project/task tracking.
Communicate effectively with the team using Slack, WhatsApp, and other tools.
Software & Tools You'll Use
Canva – for most marketing and listing designs
Photoshop – for advanced design/editing (preferred)
Google Ads & Google Shopping
Meta Ads Manager
WooCommerce
ClickUp – task management
(Optional) Adobe Premiere Pro – for advanced video editing
Capcut – for short-form/basic video editing
Use of AI
We encourage and support the use of AI tools—but not for automation. AI should be used under your guidance to support research, content writing, and basic creative tasks. You must be able to judge when AI outputs are helpful, and when human knowledge and correction are needed.
Wage:Starting at AUD $8/hour, 10 hours/week, with potential for more hours and long-term growth.
