Job Description – Content Marketeer Securito (E-commerce)

Securito is a growing e-commerce brand dedicated to helping seniors live more independently and safely at home. We offer a curated collection of high-quality, stylish products in the categories of living, sleeping, care, and movement. With a positive, clear tone and user-friendly experience, we aim to build a trustworthy and warm relationship with our customers.

About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Content Marketeer who can create and manage written and visual content for our brand—both for online and offline use. Your work will help us educate, inspire, and activate our senior customer base across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Copywriting in DUTCH
- Write clear, warm, and well-structured content for product inserts, email flows, blogs, FAQs, landing pages, and customer guides.
- Create blog content tailored to senior audiences (accessible, engaging, and informative).
- Translate or write original content in DUTCH
(English to Dutch translation proficiency is highly desirable).
2. Visual Content Design
- Create visual designs using Canva for product inserts, flyers, social posts, and brand assets based on an existing brand book.
- Design customer-friendly printables or onboarding documents for new product experiences.
- Ensure brand consistency in look, feel, and tone across all content.
3. Coordination & Execution
- Work with the founder on campaign planning and execution.
- Support SEO and keyword strategy in coordination with technical partners.
- Help improve the onboarding experience and customer satisfaction through better
communication.

Bonus Skills / Nice-to-Haves
-Experience writing for senior audiences or lifestyle/healthcare topics
- Experience with Klaviyo or other email automation platforms
- Knowledge of basic SEO and content structuring for web
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or product-focused companies

Required Skills
- Strong writing and editing skills (Dutch and English)
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively
- Sensitive to tone and user perspective, especially for older audiences
