I’m a private lender and broker based in the U.S. who regularly submits deals to Kiavi, Visio, Roc Capital, Velocity Mortgage, and other investment property lenders. I’m looking for a highly competent loan processor or VA with experience handling U.S. mortgage files, ideally DSCR or rental loans.
This is a hands-on processing role. You’ll be responsible for preparing loan files, uploading them to lender portals, tracking conditions, and following up with title, insurance, and appraisers.
If you’ve worked on DSCR, fix & flip, or rental loans, this will be a great fit.
This is a long-term role. My business is already performing well and growing, and I’m looking for someone I can work with consistently and scale with over time. If you’re dependable, take ownership, and do great work, I’ll make sure you’re rewarded as we grow together. You’ll have more files, more responsibility, and more pay as we build.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Reviewing borrower docs (bank statements, leases, IDs)
- Filling out lender application forms or portals (Kiavi, Roc, etc.)
- Creating LOIs and organizing files before submission
- Ordering or following up on title, insurance, and appraisals
- Updating internal tracking sheets and communicating with borrowers
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience processing U.S. mortgage loans (DSCR or rental loan experience is a big plus)
- High attention to detail — this is critical
- Good written English and communication skills
- Experience working with loan software (LendingPad, Encompass, or lender portals like Kiavi)
- Reliable internet and ability to work during U.S. business hours (at least a few hours overlap)
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with private lending, hard money, or investor loans
- Worked with U.S. brokers or lenders
- Familiar with term sheets, loan summaries, and rental income analysis
How to Apply:
- Send a short message introducing yourself and your experience with DSCR or mortgage files.
- Attach or link to your resume
- If possible, include a sample of a file you’ve processed or a list of lenders you’ve worked with
