About Us
We are a combined venture studio and venture fund. Our studio conceives, launches, and develops innovative companies that feed into our fund’s pipeline. The fund invests in both the internal ventures we create and in select external opportunities. This integrated model enables us to move swiftly from ideation to capitalization, shaping a dynamic ecosystem at the forefront of entrepreneurship and investment.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Managing Partner in collaboration with our Senior Executive Assistant. This is a remote, part-time role (10–20 hours per week) with the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and organizational needs.
You will be an essential force in ensuring the smooth execution of strategic and operational initiatives across our venture studio, fund, and growing portfolio of companies. This role demands exceptional communication skills, comfort with digital collaboration tools, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to the CEO/Managing Partner, including high-level calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and action item follow-through.
• Collaborate with the Senior EA to streamline executive workflows.
• Create visually compelling presentations and pitch decks using Canva, Figma, and/or Keynote.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Manage projects and workflows using platforms like Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, and Attio.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and ensure deadlines and milestones are met across ventures.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Midjourney) to automate tasks, enhance productivity, and support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2+ years supporting C-level executives, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, as well as design platforms for presentation development.
• A sharp eye for detail and design—able to create investor-ready visual materials.
• Familiarity with the startup or venture capital space is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, and growth-minded, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
Growth Opportunities
This role is designed to grow with the right candidate. As you build trust and demonstrate impact, there is potential to take on expanded responsibilities—ranging from full calendar management to broader involvement in venture operations.
What We Offer
• Competitive compensation, tailored to a part-time remote role.
• Flexibility to work from anywhere.
• Exposure to the full venture lifecycle—from ideation and incubation to investment and growth.
• A collaborative, high-performance culture where your contributions make a direct impact.
