JOB OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW
We’re building a powerful AI-driven hiring assistant to streamline our applicant screening and vetting process—from resume parsing to interview follow-ups to final offer letters. We’re looking for an expert-level AI Automation Consultant who can architect and implement this end-to-end workflow, leveraging tools like GPT-4, Playwright, and the Google/Gmail/LinkedIn API stack.

This is a project-based role with part-time, flexible hours (5–10 hrs/week) and the opportunity for follow-on projects as we scale the system.

PROJECT GOALS
- Automatically log into CultureIndex, pull new applicants, and download their resumes and profiles
- Parse and analyze resumes + psychometric profiles using LLM logic and training data
- Cross-reference resumes with LinkedIn profiles to verify consistency (employment history, job titles, etc.)
- Rank-order applicants and generate customized email questionnaires
- Evaluate replies and transcripts over multiple interview rounds
- Recommend assignments and generate final offer letters, including 30/60/90 onboarding plans

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and build a modular system using Python (or preferred stack)
- Use Playwright or Selenium for secure, automated login flows and file handling
- Build prompt chains using GPT-4 (via OpenAI API) to analyze, score, and interact with candidates
- Integrate with Google APIs (Gmail, Drive) for communication and storage
- Create a LinkedIn validation tool to flag inconsistencies with resumes
- Generate structured prompts to draft emails, interview questions, and onboarding documents

YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Advanced GPT-4 prompt engineering experience (OpenAI API)
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent-based AI orchestration
- Deep knowledge of Playwright or Selenium for browser automation
- Experience integrating Gmail API, Google Drive API, and optionally LinkedIn automation
- Familiarity with resume parsing, vector databases (e.g. Chroma, Pinecone), and ranking algorithms
- Strong judgment around automation boundaries vs. manual review

Ability to write clear, maintainable code and document your system

BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience with CultureIndex, DISC, or similar behavioral profiles
- Building tools for founders or executive teams
- Working with small, fast-moving US-based companies or EOS-style organizations

TIMELINE & LOGISTICS
- Estimated 60–80 hours total over 6–8 weeks
- Flexible work schedule (async is fine)
- Must be fluent in English and able to meet 1–2x/month over Zoom
- You’ll work directly with the CEO and an internal IT/Web Developer
