About Us:
Join our fast-growing and forward-thinking MSP team! We provide IT support, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. We're currently looking for a Tier 2 Systems Administrator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. This is a fully remote role supporting clients during US Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support & Escalations:
Handle escalated service tickets from Tier 1 for desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and basic networking.
Provide remote support to end-users for Office 365, Google Workspace, and general IT issues.
Document solutions and escalate complex issues to Tier 3 when needed.
2. Systems & Endpoint Administration:
Support onboarding and offboarding using Intune, Autopilot, and Addigy for Windows and Apple devices.
Perform account management and group policy administration in Azure AD and Google Workspace.
Maintain device compliance, update policies, and push apps through Intune or Addigy.
3. Networking & Security:
Perform basic troubleshooting on firewalls (Meraki), switches, and wireless access points.
Assist in configuring VPNs, SSIDs, and IP assignments with oversight from senior engineers.
Monitor basic security alerts in SentinelOne and escalate any anomalies.
4. Tools & Documentation:
Use ConnectWise to manage tickets, update client documentation, and perform remote tasks.
Maintain IT Glue documentation for client networks, assets, and configurations.
5. Process Support & Automation:
Run existing PowerShell scripts or assist with modifying them under guidance.
Support patch management and endpoint compliance using Datto RMM or equivalent tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required):
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Associate-level Certification
Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) or equivalent
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or experience with Addigy
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Comfortable navigating Azure AD and Google Workspace admin consoles
Basic experience with Meraki dashboard (firewalls, switches, APs)
Familiarity with endpoint management tools like Intune, Addigy, and SentinelOne
Exposure to ConnectWise, IT Glue, Datto RMM, or similar MSP tools
Soft Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
Clear written and verbal communication
Organized and able to follow processes in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship
Working Hours:
Full-time availability required during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
