Some of the responsibilities that your position will include are:
Helpdesk (mostly escalations, but some basic if needed), cyber security related tasks/ audits, cloud hosting and virtualization (HyperV, SonicWall, VPN), MS365 management and automation, BCDR (Axcient), networking (Unifi, Sonicwall), IT projects, Servers maintenance (Windows only), scripts creation, testing new technology and other tasks related to IT.

IMPORTANT:
This position requires AT LEAST 2 years of MSP experience and at least 2 years experience in an L2 position, supervisory, or lead role. 100% clean background check, highly organized, technologically savvy, and can work diligently with little ---------- veral hiring steps will take place to verify the above requirements, including reference checking, employment verification, technical testing, and more.

Minimum technical level that you will need to be able to pass a test on:
• Explaining to a non-technical person what the "cloud" is
• Consulting with a new client on what BCDR solution you would recommend to an SMB, and why
• Explaining what the differences are between traditional anti-virus and XDR
• Creating a new Virtual Machine on Hyper-V host, from an ISO file located on a different computer on the network.
• Explaining the differences and commonalities between SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Creating an Intune policy that will install Firefox on an Azure-joined VM, and make Firefox the default browser, with the specific home page we'll provide to you during the test.
• Several other situational and technical questions.
• CCNA certificate candidates preferred but not required.

MORE DETAILS:
• A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK is performed (at our expense). You must have 100% clean background check. Please do not apply if you don't have 100% clean background check.
• Personality is KEY for us. We are looking for an easy-going, yet professional, friendly and HONEST person.
• You will be working from home. This means you must have a quiet work environment and no excessive background noise.
• FAST AND RELIABLE INTERNET SERVICE IS REQUIRED With at least 100Mbps download speed 20+Mbps upload speed.
• As part of this position requirement, you must have a computer that will be used exclusively for your work with us. This means we will be installing our security software on that computer, will remove admin rights from you, and monitor/ control it for security and compliance reasons. In return, we will pay you additional “rent” fees, on top of your salary, in the amount of several hundred dollars. Details about this “rental” will be discussed during your second interview. There are minimum requirements that your computer must have, in order to be employed with us. You must have a Computer/Laptop with at least i5 minimum 9th gen processor (preferably a newer one) with 16 GB RAM or more or Ryzen 5/7 (MUST include TPM support) as well as Windows 11 OS.
• You must have recently worked on a night shift for 2 consecutive years or more.
• We evaluate/ review employees monthly and provide consistent feedback.
• We offer raises and bonuses according to performance, certifications, attitude, and customer reviews twice/ year.
• Your manager (our IT director) will create a roadmap for your "KPIs" and certifications track. We always push our team to earn certifications and additional knowledge – even allowing “disconnect study time” during business hours!
• On-call rotation (after-hours) for a week at a time, once every 4-5 weeks. It's VERY rare that we get calls after-hours (the average is only twice/ year!).
• We're closed on major US holidays, and at the completion of the first 3 months of employment, you'll qualify for paid holidays.
• Work hours are Mon-Fri at 8 am till 5:30 pm (UTC-07:00 , MST, Arizona time zone)
• Every 4 to 5 weeks, you'll be working 1/2 day on a Saturday (project work/catch-up work) and get 1/2 day off the week after
• Mandatory 1-hour lunch and additional breaks (as you need those) throughout the day.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• REQUIRED: Relevant minimum 2 YEARS experience working for an MSP
• REQUIRED: With AT LEAST 2 years experience in an L2 position, supervisory or lead role.
• REQUIRED: Microsoft Azure AD/ M365 experience
• REQUIRED: Experience working with an RMM and PSA software (DATTO preferred)
• Preferred: Cyber Security education/experience
• Preferred: Hyper-V experience
