Mind Artists is seeking a skilled Part-Time Video Editor to help bring our creative projects to life. We craft media that supports transformation, learning, and beauty—and we need an editor who can shape RAW footage into emotionally compelling, visually consistent content.

???? About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded editor who’s comfortable working with RAW footage and has solid color grading skills. You don’t need to be a grading expert, but you must know how to handle color correction properly to get the most out of RAW files. You’ll work across a range of media—workshops, poetic films, event highlights, and more.

? Responsibilities
• Edit RAW video content into polished, powerful narratives
• Perform color correction and grading to achieve a clean, cinematic look
• Sync audio, apply transitions, overlays, and light motion graphics
• Collaborate with our creative team to bring ideas to the screen
• Organize project files and manage assets responsibly

???? You Might Be a Fit If You:
• Have 2+ years of editing experience
• Are confident working with RAW formats (Blackmagic, Canon, Sony, etc.)
• Know your way around Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Have decent-to-strong color grading skills
• Love creative, purposeful work in a flexible, conscious team setting
