JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Virtual Warehouse Supervisor to help monitor and manage the daily operations of our book processing warehouse — completely remote. Your main job is to watch live camera feeds, track productivity, and keep the team accountable using live data and reports.

What You’ll Do:
- Watch warehouse cameras throughout the day to monitor employee activity and productivity
- Count all gaylords processed each day (paperbacks, barcodes, rejects, etc.)
- Track load quality and flag any issues or damaged shipments
- Update live digital scoreboards in Google Sheets to reflect real-time team output
- Check clock-in/clock-out times to ensure all employees are working scheduled hours
-Report any bad behavior or employees not following procedure
-Create and update spreadsheets showing daily production and performance metrics
- Help find ways to improve efficiency and workflow inside the warehouse

What We’re Looking For:
Strong Google Sheets skills — can confidently build and update performance dashboards
Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
Comfortable watching camera feeds for most of the day and calling out problems
Good at spotting inefficiencies or patterns in performance
Clear communicator who can give honest and accurate report

Requirements
Must speak fluent english
Must have high internet speeds
Be able to download "Lorex Pro" app (works best on Macs or tablets)
Work on Arizona standard time.
