This position’s primary focus is creating an organized and supportive environment for our team and business. The role is also a support role for our founder to help her stay organized and on task as she meets with clients and does what only she can do to support her customers and potential customers.
Our ideal candidate is incredibly detail-oriented above all else and can easily communicate in an efficient and organized way, both in written and verbal communication. Discretion and confidentiality are essential for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Virtual Assistant position at UTravel Now will be responsible for ongoing support for our business, clients, and team.
You will:
? Overseeing Customer Support: Assisting with customer inquiries and providing support as needed.
? Managing Calendars and Scheduling: Maintaining schedules and organizing meetings between Rachel and clients and suppliers.
? Managing Social Media Accounts: Assist in managing and maintaining our social media presence.
? Preparing: Weekly Blog/Newsletter Distribution - Ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of our blog posts and newsletters.
? Contacting Clients for Payment Resubmission: Communicate with clients regarding declined credit card payments and request payment resubmission.
? Reviewing

? Additional Tasks: Supporting other daily tasks as assigned by Rachel.
? Distribution for accuracy and run the text through Grammarly
