JOB OVERVIEW:
Are you highly organized, reliable, and excited to make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent kids and teens? Do you enjoy admin work and getting creative on social media? If yes, we’d love to meet you.
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support a coaching practice that serves neurodivergent children, teens, and their families. You’ll play a vital role in content management, outreach, and operations, helping the business grow while remaining mission-aligned.
This is a long-term role with room for growth and learning.
ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client, Diane Hudson, provides:
-1:1 coaching for neurodivergent kids and teens
-Parent coaching and support
-Group programs for families
This heart-led business focuses on real connection, inclusion, and impact. We want someone who shares these values.
DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:
-Schedule and manage content across social media platforms
-Create graphics in Canva
-Write captions with support from the client
-Assist with basic video editing (optional but helpful)
-Manage schedules and appointments
-Organize files and documents
-Update systems and project trackers like Asana and Hyrasmus
-Help with client follow-ups and reminders
-Track leads and outreach opportunities
-Keep communication flowing and tasks organized
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
-Excellent written and verbal English
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
-Comfortable managing calendars, files, and basic admin
-Interest or experience in social media support
-Canva experience or willingness to learn
-Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive)
BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):
-Basic video editing
-Experience working with neurodivergent individuals
-CRM or Squarespace experience

WORK HOURS:
Part-time to start, with flexible hours. Potential to grow based on performance and availability.
SALARY:
Based on experience. Please include your desired hourly rate when applying.
