We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking events.
Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and fit for our solutions.
CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and update records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process through Zoho CRM, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in [Insert Industry].
CRM Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM is highly preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategies.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
