Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound phone calls and
Provide knowledgeable and compassionate support regarding prescriptions, medications, and pharmacy services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
Previous BPO experience of at least 5 years is required. Medical experience/knowledge preferred (nursing, pharmacy, etc). We are looking for highly trainable and adaptable individuals.
Intercom experience required.
A team player who values trust, commitment, and integrity.
Must have the discipline to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote setup.
Comfortable working the graveyard shift (U.S. time zones).
