Outbound Sales & Appointment Setter – Smart Market Vending Solutions
(Cold Calling | Lead Generation | Appointment Booking)
We are launching a high-tech Smart Market vending machine business targeting hospitals, warehouses, manufacturing plants, college campuses, and other high-foot-traffic locations across the U.S. These are AI-powered, unattended grab-and-go markets offering fresh meals, snacks, and drinks with no staffing required.
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced cold caller / appointment setter who knows how to generate leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments for our sales team to present our vending machines. You must be resourceful, professional on the phone, and comfortable speaking directly with facility managers, administrators, and business owners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Research and identify high-traffic locations (using Google, business directories, LinkedIn, etc.)
Find the right contact person (facility manager, operations director, HR manager, etc.)
Cold call and email prospects to introduce our Smart Market vending solution
Deliver a strong value proposition and book appointments or callbacks for our team
Maintain lead database and follow up consistently
Track conversations, outcomes, and pipeline in CRM or spreadsheet
Suggest potential industries or locations we should target based on your research
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting (ideally B2B)
Fluent, professional-level spoken and written English
Confident speaking with U.S.-based business professionals over the phone
Strong internet research skills and ability to find decision-makers online
Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement
Organized, persistent, and consistent with follow-ups
Must be able to work U.S. hours (at least 4–6 hours overlapping with EST/CST)
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with vending, facilities management, or food services
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Google Sheets
Knowledge of hospitality, campus, warehouse, or industrial facility structures
Compensation & Schedule:
This is a remote, long-term opportunity
Starting rate: $600–$900/month base, depending on experience
Bonus and commission available for every appointment booked that leads to an install
Flexible part-time to full-time hours depending on performance
