Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our operations. The ideal candidate will help manage and build WordPress websites, work with our Go High Level CRM platform, provide client support, and handle various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
WordPress Management & Development

Build and maintain client WordPress websites
Update website content, plugins, and themes
Troubleshoot technical issues
Implement SEO best practices
CRM Administration (Go High Level)

Manage customer data and relationships
Set up automation workflows
Generate and analyze reports
Maintain database integrity
Client Support

Respond to basic client inquiries and requests
Provide technical assistance
Document client interactions
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Administrative Tasks

Schedule appointments and meetings
Manage email communications
Organize digital files and documentation
Support additional business operations as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with WordPress website management and development
Familiarity with Go High Level CRM platform (or ability to learn quickly)
Strong technical problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development
Knowledge of digital marketing principles
Previous experience in a virtual assistant role
Understanding of SEO best practices
Experience with online business tools and software
