We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join us as Moving Consultants.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Moving Consultant to join our customer-centric sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping clients, and the ability to close sales with efficiency and empathy. As a Moving Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding potential customers through the moving process, offering personalized solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and SMS.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and provide accurate moving estimates.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring clear and open communication.
- Prepare and present quotes, explaining our services and pricing transparently.
- Close sales and guide clients through the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Communicate with crew members when necessary while on the job

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools. (knowledge of SmartMoving is a plus)
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
