**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Remote Website Designer & Builder to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life by designing and building high-performing websites on the Red Raven AI platform. Leveraging your expertise, you will also contribute to the development of innovative website templates specifically tailored to the unique needs of service industry businesses.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design and build custom websites for Red Raven AI clients, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
* Develop and maintain a library of high-quality website templates designed specifically for various service contractor niches (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, electrical).
* Collaborate with the Red Raven AI team to understand client requirements and translate them into effective website designs.
* Ensure all websites are responsive and function seamlessly across various devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile phones).
* Implement best practices for SEO to enhance the visibility of client websites.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and platform updates.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to website design and functionality.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in website design and building.
* Demonstrated proficiency in using website builder platforms (experience with Duda or white-labeled Duda platforms is a significant plus).
* Strong understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) best practices.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
* Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in web design.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your website design and development skills.
* Passion for creating impactful online experiences for businesses.
**Bonus Points:**
* Experience designing websites specifically for service industry clients.
* Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
* Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
