ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support marketing and branding for both a Real Estate business and a Medicare Insurance agency in the U.S. The right candidate will be comfortable making calls, transferring leads, managing CRMs, creating branded marketing materials, and handling social media. This is a long-term role for someone looking to grow with the company.
YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
-Making cold calls and transferring warm leads (Real Estate & Medicare)
-Helping brand and promote the business owner across social platforms
-Creating and scheduling posts
-Designing graphics and short-form videos using Canva and AI tools
-Sending out Mailchimp newsletters and managing email campaigns
-Using CRMs like Follow Up Boss or GoHighLevel to manage leads
-Tracking tasks using Hubstaff and checking in daily via Microsoft Teams screen share
REQUIREMENTS:
~Age 25+ only (no exceptions – type 25+++ to confirm)
~Experience with cold calling and live lead transfers
~Must know how to brand a business owner across social media
~Skilled with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Docs, Google Sheets
~Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business,
~Able to work 9AM–6PM EST (Philippines night shift)
~Microsoft Teams for daily screen sharing
~Hubstaff for tracking hours
~High-speed internet (with backup), VPN, and quiet workspace
~High IQ (124+) – smart, independent, and fast learner
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
*Experience with Medicare marketing or insurance sales support
*Experience using Hootsuite, Pictory, or InVideo
