JOB OVERVIEW

Company Introduction:

Motorcycle Riders Hub empowers riders with expert-led video training, quizzes and instructor feedback. We need a UX lead to streamline onboarding, scoring flows and ongoing engagement for students and instructors.

Job Description:

Design the user journey from first-time signup through repeated training sessions to maximise clarity, completion rates and long-term retention. Deliver wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quick research and define student/instructor personas
- Map end-to-end flows: onboarding, form-driven scoring, resource recommendations
- Identify engagement touchpoints (notifications, progress trackers)
- Create low & high-fidelity wireframes and clickable Figma prototypes
- Hand off detailed UX specs for UI implementation

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of mobile UX design, ideally in learning/training apps
- Proficient in Figma: wireframing, prototyping, design libraries
- Deep understanding of onboarding, engagement & accessibility best practices
- Portfolio showcasing data-driven UX improvements
- Excellent collaboration with product and development teams

Work Arrangement:

- Remote, project-based sprint (2–6 weeks).
- Flexible hours; no hard overlap required.

Payments:
- Pro-rated from USD 500 per month (negotiable), covering the entire UX phase.
