We are a US-based junk removal company hiring an impeccably reliable, highly organized Virtual Assistant for customer support, marketing, and operations. You will begin at 20 hours per week, with a path to 40 hours per week as you prove yourself.
Daily and weekly responsibilities include: sending a short daily report of completed and ongoing tasks; prioritizing and handling high-urgency items, especially missed-call recovery; clipping, editing, and publishing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile clips,
Future opportunities, based on performance, include assisting with inbound phone sales for bonus pay and moving to a 40-hour schedule with wider responsibilities.
You will succeed if you are impeccably reliable and accountable; quick to learn and follow detailed written SOPs; highly organized and detail-oriented; a clear, confident writer; calm under pressure; and proactive about solving problems.
Core required skills: excellent written English; strong, stable internet; sharp attention to detail; comfort with Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Sheets; ability to follow written instructions; basic familiarity with Slack or similar chat apps; and proven experience editing short-form video for Reels, Shorts, or TikTok in any modern tool—with a portfolio that shows your work.
Bonus skills: fluent spoken English for future phone-sales bonuses, familiarity with QuickBooks, and experience with BrightLocal, Buffer, or other social schedulers.
Tools we will train you on: BrightLocal or Buffer for social scheduling, WhatConverts for call and form tracking, and Trello or ClickUp for task and lead management.
Compensation: During a 45-day paid probation period the rate is 4.00 dollars per hour. After a successful review the rate rises to 5.00 dollars per hour, or to 6.00 dollars per hour if your editing consistently meets our creative quality benchmarks. Further merit raises and sales bonuses are available as reliability, quality, and initiative are demonstrated.
