We’re a growing real estate investment business seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary focus will be generating leads, coordinating transactions, and supporting day-to-day operations. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in real estate, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and follow up via phone,
Review properties, analyze deals based on investor criteria, and submit offers
Coordinate real estate transactions and manage documentation
Create SOPs from Loom videos and scopes of work for projects
Update and maintain records in Google Sheets/Excel
Set up Home Depot shopping carts and manage Deal Machine leads
Schedule appointments and manage CRM data
Build and maintain a buyers list
Follow up with previous offers and leads
Build simple social media posts in Canva / Instagram
Pull Data from public forum websites to build lead lists and begin marketing
Requirements:
Super high-speed internet (proof required)
Conversational English fluency
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Proven experience in real estate transactions
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Voice, and CRM tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Deal Machine, Loom, or similar platforms
Experience in lead generation or cold calling
Experience in Canva or other marketing software
Job Details:
Full-time, remote position
Flexible hours (US time zones preferred)

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
- Cold Calling Experience
- Experience with Deal Machine, Go High Level (or other CRM management)
- Proficient in Google Suite (GMAIL, DRIVE, CALENDAR)
- Self Motivated and stays on task. No follow up needed. Completes work with detail and correctness.
