About the Role:
TANDM Surf is seeking a Full-time Virtual Assistant to help drive lead generation, manage CRM tasks, and support the day-to-day sales operations for our growing brand. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to help convert leads into qualified opportunities.
The Sales VA will work closely with our Founder and sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent pipeline activity, timely follow-ups, and data accuracy across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Assist in Annual Sales planning
Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn,
Initiate outreach to prospects via
Manage and update CRM records (e.g., Pipeline CRM, HubSpot, etc.)
Attend Sales Meeting to close out deals
Assist with scheduling calls, sending reminders, and organizing sales calendars
Maintain and clean up contact lists and
Monitor inbound leads and route them to the appropriate tea
Track and report weekly metrics on lead activity and outreach performance
Provide general admin support to the sales and marketing teams
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a sales support, lead generation, or virtual assistant role
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Pipeline CRM
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Available to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Eastern Time preferred)
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or
Background in ecommerce, B2B, or agency sales
Copywriting or cold
Familiarity with Zapier or other automation
