Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to launch and grow the new insurance agency business.
Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g.,
Write engaging and high-converting headlines and marketing copy for ads, landing pages, and social media.
Design and implement lead generation strategies, including funnel creation and CRM optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust tactics to improve outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Cynthia to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
.Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services.
.Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar.
.Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft captivating headlines and content.
.Experience in lead generation strategies and tools (e.g.,
.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
.Graphic design or basic video editing skills are a plus but not required.
