We’re looking for a hungry, adaptable generalist to work side-by-side with the founder and help build a company from the ground up. This is not a narrow role—it’s a front-row seat to the messy, exhilarating 0?1 stage of a startup. You’ll learn marketing, operations, partnerships, and strategy by doing them, not reading about them.
If you’re a recent grad or early-career operator who wants to accelerate your career by 3–5 years in 12 months, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do
- Own special projects across marketing, partnerships, and operations
- Help run experiments, from outreach campaigns to market research
- Draft communications
- Keep priorities moving: track initiatives, follow up with partners, and make sure nothing slips
- Jump in wherever needed — no job too small or too big
What We’re Looking For
- A fast learner who thrives on variety and ambiguity
- Excellent writer and communicator
- Organized, resourceful, and biased toward action
- Curious about startups, marketing, and building things from scratch
- Comfortable working directly with the founder and wearing multiple hats
About AI & How We Work
We are a pro–GenAI company. We expect you to use it daily — but also to use it well. That means:
- Knowing how to get the best out of AI tools, not just default outputs.
- Understanding when not to use AI and when a human touch matters.
- Orchestrating AI + human workflows to move faster without losing quality.
This is not a “prompt monkey” role. You should treat GenAI as leverage and be curious about how to combine it with good judgment, taste, and strategy.
