OG1 Group is a forward-thinking sports accessory and apparel company focused on empowering communities through custom design. We're building a fully functional e-commerce experience that not only showcases our products, but allows customers to fully customize apparel right on our website—just like this:

What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring a highly skilled web designer/developer who can:

Create or implement apparel/item customizer tools like the example above (plug-ins are okay if they meet our needs)
Develop and maintain our website at ----------
Integrate e-commerce functionality, ensuring customers can design, order, and pay all on-site
Work collaboratively with our social media team to build seamless store + social integrations
Use SEO and UI/UX best practices to improve functionality, speed, and discoverability
You MUST Have:

Proven experience building apparel/item customizer plug-ins or platforms (links to live, working examples required)
Strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or other modern platforms
Solid grasp of SEO principles, e-commerce strategy, and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Reliable internet and commitment to deadlines
