The Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Growth Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to manage and grow our online presence. You will be supporting a professional focused on helping individuals and businesses with personal wealth accumulation, protection (insurance), and legacy planning. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about social media who is eager to learn about the financial services and insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g.,
• Utilize AI tools effectively for brainstorming content ideas, generating initial drafts, and streamlining workflows.
• Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other media assets using tools like Canva, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using video editing applications (experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus) and AI video tools.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media profiles, including posting content and monitoring engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering community interaction.
• Actively learn and apply knowledge about personal finance, wealth management, insurance (personal & corporate), and legacy planning to ensure content is relevant, accurate (within compliance guidelines you'll be trained on), and resonates with the target audience.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Track and report on key social media metrics.
• Collaborate on social media strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Virtual Assistant with social media focus, or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using major social media platforms and familiarity with social media management/scheduling tools.
• Strong graphic design skills with demonstrable experience using Canva or similar tools.
• Experience in video creation and editing (familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is highly desirable; experience with other tools like CapCut is also valuable).
• Demonstrable ability to use AI tools for content creation, ideation, or editing.
• Crucial: A strong willingness, aptitude, and enthusiasm for learning about personal finance, insurance, and wealth management concepts. You don't need to be an expert now, but you must be eager to learn!
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
• Previous experience working within the financial services or insurance industry is a plus, but not required.]
