We’re a growing real estate and property management company looking for a highly organized, systems-driven person to be our new Operations and Accountability Manager.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who thrives on structure, process, and keeping people accountable. You will work directly with our leadership team and be responsible for managing virtual assistants, enforcing company systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
About the Role:
You’ll take over responsibilities currently handled by our executive team, especially duties being passed down from our COO. You will manage projects and people, run meetings, build checklists, follow up on tasks, and help drive execution across the company.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage virtual assistants and enforce accountability
Run internal meetings and follow up on all action items
Maintain and track daily/weekly/monthly scorecards and checklists
Ensure company policies, procedures, and workflows are being followed
Review business processes and recommend improvements
Implement or suggest AI tools (like ChatGPT, Fathom, Zapier, etc.) to increase efficiency
Help the team stay organized and on task using tools like Trello, project boards, or equivalent
Take over operational responsibilities currently handled by our COO (who is moving into CMO role)
Support the leadership team with business execution
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years experience in operations, project coordination, or management
Experience managing people or virtual teams
Experience using project or task management tools (Trello or similar)
Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio is a plus)
Ability to read and understand financial statements
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable holding others accountable in a positive, productive way
Interested in AI and automation tools
Willing to read and follow the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework if not already familiar
Preferred Experience:
Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries
Familiarity with EOS (books like "Traction" or "What the Heck is EOS?")
Experience using automation tools (Zapier, AI agents, etc.)
Experience documenting and implementing company systems
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday through Friday
Must work Central Standard Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
$10 USD per hour
