NOW HIRING: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Administrative Support (Remote)
• Job Type: Remote (Virtual)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Minimum required overlap between 11:00PM to 12:00AM PH Time (preferred 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time)
• Hours: Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week) with potential to increase
• Compensation: $4-8/ hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic and growing real estate team. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced with digital tools and marketing platforms.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing backend operations and keeping our marketing and administrative workflows running smoothly. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity for long-term growth within a supportive, systems-driven business.
Responsibilities Include:
• Entering and maintaining database records using Sierra CRM, Referral Maker CRM, Homebot, Constant Contact, and Google Docs
• Compiling and organizing weekly and monthly real estate statistics
• Creating and maintaining SOPs via Asana for recurring business processes and project management
• Researching content creation via ChatGPT
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel
• Managing & organizing cloud-based files and collaborative documents in Google Drive
• Assisting with social media scheduling and content creation
• Editing short-form video content using CapCut
• Designing branded materials in Canva (flyers, social media posts, thumbnails, etc.)
• Uploading and optimizing videos on YouTube & YouTube Studio
• Making light edits and updates to our Wix websites
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
• Strong time management and project tracking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Strong familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, YouTube Studio, and CRMs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with real estate workflows or terminology is a plus
Requirements:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Must work exclusively for us (no other clients)
• Experience with United States real estate transactions and MLS systems is a strong asset
• Must have your own device and stable internet connection
