We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Analyst to support campaign tracking, SEO reporting, and performance analysis across a variety of client projects -- especially for service-based businesses in remodeling, real estate, and professional services.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, and knows how to translate data into actionable insights. Bonus if you can help with building high-converting landing pages, clear CTAs, and have experience in HubSpot CRM or CMS.
Responsibilities:
Set up, audit, and maintain Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager tracking
Implement and troubleshoot event tracking, goals, form submissions, and scroll/click behavior
Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to monitor SEO performance and keyword trends
Create performance dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports to inform campaign decisions
Collaborate on landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
(Optional/Bonus) Assist in HubSpot CRM setup, workflows, and contact segmentation
(Optional/Bonus) Support building optimized landing pages with strong CTAs using platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
Experience with performance dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4 dashboards, etc.)
Understanding of CRO principles and user behavior tracking
Detail-oriented with the ability to spot gaps in tracking or data integrity
Clear communicator with the ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows
Experience building and testing landing pages optimized for lead generation
Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS) for making light edits or communicating with dev/design teams
Awareness of Google Ads structure and goals, even if not managing campaigns directly
