Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project and Onboarding Manager to oversee the successful onboarding, training, and performance tracking of our LinkedIn Specialists. This role will ensure alignment with project goals, optimize workflows, and foster a smooth transition for newly hired specialists as they integrate into our team and client processes.
The ideal candidate is experienced in managing virtual teams, has a strong understanding of LinkedIn as a lead generation and recruitment tool, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding process for LinkedIn Specialists, ensuring timely setup of tools, access, and client orientation.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate new hire start dates and onboarding timelines.
• Provide hands-on training and SOP guidance on best practices for LinkedIn outreach, lead tracking, and client expectations.
• Act as primary point of contact between LinkedIn Specialists and internal/external stakeholders during onboarding.
• Monitor early performance and engagement metrics of new hires, addressing concerns proactively.
• Develop and refine onboarding and project documentation based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Facilitate weekly check-ins with new hires during the onboarding phase and transition to regular operations.
• Coordinate with project owners to align resources, timelines, and expectations.
• Identify areas for improvement in onboarding flow, tech stack, and training effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project management, operations, or onboarding roles (preferably in tech or recruitment sectors).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or other LinkedIn-based tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate across multiple time zones.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable training others on digital tools and platforms.
